Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Morrow County Released Inmates. By using the site, you agree to follow them. If you do not accept every term, stop using the site.

This private site is not affiliated with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department, and neither it nor its ad partners provides an FCRA-covered service.

Nature of the Service

Morrow County Released Inmates is a private reference site. It stores no official custody, jail, prison, release, or court records. It cannot confirm a person's status, release anyone, submit an official request for a visitor, or file a court document.

The site points visitors toward Morrow and Umatilla County sources, Oregon corrections and court resources, federal locators, and third-party research tools. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site only in a lawful way that does not harm people, the service, or its systems. You agree that you will not:

  • violate a law through use of the site;
  • stalk, harass, threaten, or target another person;
  • use site information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision;
  • seek unauthorized access to an account, server, or network;
  • run bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools; or
  • interfere with another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide credit reports, background checks, consumer reports, or screening services. Its advertising and search partners do not offer such services through this site. You agree not to use the site's content or linked results for:

  • hiring, firing, or other employment decisions;
  • tenant selection or housing decisions;
  • creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
  • licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
  • any other purpose governed by the FCRA.

Outside Links

Links may lead to release-record offices, sheriff and corrections sites, government portals, legal resources, and third-party search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those sites, their uptime, data, security, or privacy practices. Review the destination's own terms before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranty that:

  • information is complete, accurate, or current;
  • access will be continuous;
  • the service has no error, bug, or security flaw; or
  • a partner search will return every relevant result.

Custody, release, supervision, and court records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by Morrow County, Umatilla County, Oregon DOC, a court, or another agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its owners, operators, and content partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the site or a linked service.

Your Indemnity Duty

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site, its owners, operators, and partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the site's original text, graphics, logos, arrangement, and code belong to Morrow County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not copy, publish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from protected material without written permission.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. New terms become effective when posted. Continued use after publication means you accept the revised terms.

Access May Be Revoked

We may suspend, limit, or end access at any time, for any lawful reason, without advance notice.

Oregon Governing Law

Oregon law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oregon.

Severability

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. The affected language will be adjusted only as far as needed to make it enforceable.
