Search terms
A name, location, or other term entered in a sponsored search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. This site does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy applies to the query after submission.
Messages
If you email us or use an available contact form, we retain the message and contact details as needed to respond. We do not share the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Data
Normal web services may collect basic technical and usage data when a page loads. That data can include:
- Internet Protocol address;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent;
- the referring site, if one was supplied; and
- date and time stamps.
Cookies

External Sites and Advertising
Pages link to Morrow and Umatilla records offices, Oregon corrections and court portals, federal locators, and outside search tools. Once you follow a link, the destination's privacy policy and data practices control. We do not set those practices.
Advertising providers may use their own technology to measure activity across sites and select interest-based ads. That processing occurs on the provider's systems, not as a government-record function of this site.

We do not sell personal information. Data may be provided to:
- search partners that process submitted queries;
- analytics providers that measure site use;
- advertising networks that deliver or measure ads; and
- law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No internet-connected service, transmission method, or storage system is fully secure. We therefore cannot promise that a breach or unauthorized access will never occur.
Visitors Under Eighteen
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor submitted information, contact us and request deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and our ability to verify the request, you may ask to:
- receive a copy of personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate personal data;
- delete personal data; or
- opt out of certain processing.
These choices apply to information controlled by this site. Requests concerning sheriff, court, DOC, partner, or advertising records must go to the organization that controls them.

We may revise this privacy notice as the site or its service providers change. A revised version takes effect when posted here with an updated effective date.
